    She Had Our Best Interest At All Times!

    I saw a home I was interested in and looked up the company showing the home. I read Georgia’s profile on her business website and decided she was the agent we wanted to help us find a home. She had her work cut out for her as we had quite a few “must haves” for our homes. We must have seen 40 plus homes before we found the one. She was helpful with recommendations, information, and so much more. Most importantly, we felt like she was 100% working for us and our needs and not just a potential commission. She had our best interest at all times! She also helped us secure our home in a multiple bid situation! I couldn’t recommend her more. We didn’t just find the best real estate agent but a friend of the family! She’s the best.

    The Best!

    Georgia helped us navigate the complicated process of selling our parent’s home after they passed away. We faced a few obstacles because of probate and some other inheritance related issues.

    Flawless Dual Agent

    Georgia not only sold our house but also represented my wife and I as the buyer of a home where she was also the sellers agent too. She negotiated us a great deal that was more than fair. I thought I would be hesitant about a dual agent but I was wrong. My wife and I were nothing but happy. She also brought us some house warming gifts and has followed up making sure we filed for homestead exemption. Thank you for everything.
