Coming from the rugged state of Maine, I’ve always had a passion for adventure and the great outdoors. Then when my journey as a military spouse led me to the sunny shores of Florida, I found my calling as a Real Estate Agent. For me, it’s about creating a haven where military families can build their dreams by the beach while they are here. I understand the profound challenges as well as excitement that come with frequent moves and I’m here to make each transition as smooth as possible.

    Dawn is the Best!

    Dawn is the best! She is incredibly knowledgeable on the area and truly had my best interests at heart. She knew exactly what to look for in each house we toured and is an honest professional. She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and was always easy to reach via phone and email. She was on top of everything during the closing process and made the whole experience stress free.

    She is extremely kind and professional, I would recommend Dawn to anyone!
